On 29th April 2020 the CarSiFer Consortium met for their first virtual Consortium Meeting

The Corona Pandemic changes our usual ways of working together. For April 2020 our next CarSiFer project meeting was scheduled, which we planned to have in Stuttgart, Germany at Fraunhofer IGB. The meeting was also supposed to include a tour of labs and the technical centre, with a demonstration of the drying system used in the project.

However, since a personal meeting was simply not possible, the virtual meeting ensured a very good exchange within the consortium. All partners could join from their home office and shared their progress via presentations. Good audio and video connection allowed for fruitful discussion on technical and administrative issues.

Professional and private life must be brought together in some way possible. We would like to thank our project partners for their great commitment and wish everyone continued good health.
