The meeting started with an on-site visit on Revatech’s site in Monsin followed by a visit of the site in Engis. With more than 85 employees, the company REVATECH S.A. recycles, recovers and disposes 200,000 tonnes of dangerous and non-dangerous industrial waste annually, by mechanical, biological and physico-chemical processes.

REVATECH operates two divisions (Engis and Monsin) with ideal locations on an 8 hectare site on an industrial estate in the Liège area, both having are served by a number of major highways.

The CarSiFer project officer representing EIT Raw Materials, joined the Kick-off meeting as well and provided interesting and useful information about EIT RM and its portfolio.
